There’s a lot to unpack here. Have you searched the deed records in the subject county for curative documents? Did they sign misleading into point ownership to them?
24 years? Thats a very long time, what made you finally take action? If the wells are in production, title attorneys clearly deemed them to be the owners, what makes you think they arent? It will be a very expensive attorney bill and youll have to sue your family members which will be hard to win given the lack of action over 24 years and the family members in pay based off title attorneys findings.
From looking at your past posts, it appears you’ve had some solid answers from people and attorneys. Sounds like you should look back that those responses.
Very specific about can you please be more specific about the people and attorneys they have responded to the post that I have made prior because I wasn’t aware that I had had any correspondence with any attorneys on this mineral rights form I thought I was just just men and were right for them regular just people like me I didn’t know that I had an attorney respond to my post can you please be more specific post
I was an attorney (I only did oil and gas for 2 of the 40 years I practiced) and I own numerous oil and gas interests thanks to heirs, a few investments here and there so I kinda understand the game even though Im old and retired. You likely dont have the answer or you wouldnt be posting, but the main question is, what makes you think you own a portion of the mineral interests? Its been 24 years and you have yet to act upon it which is a major red flag. Just because you have cousins or whatever it may be collecting checks you think you are entitled to because you are an heir, doesnt mean you are entitled to the minerals, many things can happen to minerals over time. What state are your minerals in? Have any oil and gas companies reached out to you? Theres a ton of complicated questions to answer. A message board can point you in the right direction, but if you really think you own property worth pursuing, youre going to have to reach out to an oil and gas attorney that works in the area that your minerals are located. I have owner interest in mineral rights in over 42 separate sections in Pittsburgh and Latimer County Oklahoma mainly in Township 7 North range 16 East as well as many in Township 3 North range 15 East Township for range 15 East Township 8 North range 16 East totaling all approximately 180 to 200 acres if you include sections 32 Township 4 North range 15 East and the section 28 Township 7 North range 16 East did I have owned since 1990 when my grandfather warranty did them to me those two sections I have never been paid for a single penny ever in my life due to the fraudulent filings of a family member that designated themselves as my successor custodians after I was over the age of 18 and leased out those two specific sections multiple times consecutively to multiple different operators and section 32 Township 4 North range 15 East contain 340 acres that was leased out a total of four times from the year 2002 to 2010 to three separate operators and as I said I never seen you seen the dime for those and I’m just not discovered this because as of June 2025 after my house hit by a tornado I was in financial crisis and I started doing research and that’s how I discovered all this so I mean the motion of Discovery clock started when I found this fraudulent filings in the diversion of assets and concealment of my personal owned property in intentional premeditated continuous consecutive leasing of my properties and which family members collected monies that were rightly owned solely by myself but were sent to their mailing addresses on the division orders and they kept the money to spend it I was so young at the time I just turned 18 I didn’t know what a mental right was much less that I owned anything called him in a right
