Looks like you gave the Township and the Section, but not the range. I recently got similar offers in Divide and Burke, Lynx Oil Company was able to offer more and they were quick and easy to deal with. Not a bad idea to look for some smaller companies looking to get their foot in the door. Good luck out there!
