Does anyone have any info on any leasing activity in the 149N-95W or 150N-95W area? What are lease offers in the area right now? What are minerals selling for?
Might have to get a bit more specific with the section numbers since a lot of those two townships are infilled already.
I don’t know exact sections but I know they are NOT infilled yet. Does that help for at least a ballpark estimate on what selling minerals would be worth?
Hi Jim. The best way to know what they are worth is to solicit offers from the top mineral buyers in your area. You will need the legal description (at least which sections), how many net acres you own, and what royalty they are leased at.
