Could anyone tell me what a fair oil and gas lease price per acre for Section 11 Dewey County, Oklahoma, would be? And also, has anyone had any dealings with Ashford Resources (land man) or Tributary Resources?
I just signed a lease in Section 33 for $1200/acre with Jackfork Land, Inc. Shop around if you are only being offered $1,000. That's what Jackfork offered us initially, but went up once we got other offers.

There are a LOT of sections 11 in any one county. You have to provide township and range for anyone to know where it is. Good luck!
