Continental has filed about 30 leases in that section in the last 24 months. Most at 1/5th royalty.

We have received offers from eight parties for different mineral interests we hold in Caddo County. We are trying to gather reports of bonus and royalty rates before replying to the offers.
Bonus rates are not public. The closest you can get is a pooling in the same section or the contiguous eight sections within the last 12 months to give you an idea. Royalties will probably range from 1/8th to may 1/4th. Most of us would like the highest royalty. You can either lease or you can wait for forced pooling. Either has their own advantages.
