Has anyone delt with Baytex. Thoughts, comments please.
I helped someone deal with Baytex, Irish Oil was agent. The lease form was as ugly to the mineral owner as I have ever seen. Eventually cut Irish oil out of the picture and dealt with Baytex directly and Baytex did move slightly on bonus and royalty and allowed changes to the lease form that Irish Oil flatly refused.
not sure if the irish oil is involeved. I have delt with continental pretty above board.
