Expand filed a document in Anderson County today (and I assume in lots of other counties) in which they folded nine Chesapeake-related LLCs into Expand Exploration. The change is effective September 1, 2025.
This will be Chesapeake’s new name going forward.
They are still Chesapeake at heart and the way they deal with people!
