We’ve been offered $100 per net mineral acre and 3/16ths royalty to lease mineral rights in Sections 29, 30, 31-13N-1W of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The party making the offer told us our interest in Section 31 is 6.6666 net mineral acres, but haven’t told us our interest in the other Sections. We were wondering what other folks have been getting in the area.
