I’m looking for the market value on 13 acres of mineral rights in Richland County, Township 24 North, Range 59, East MPM, Section 29: SE/4. Any help is appreciated. I presently have an offer. Thanks.

Hold on to those mineral rights. The price of oil will pick up and it will be worth it.

I agree. My wife and her sisters own rights to two sections near Culbertson. There has not been any interest in lease activity. My hopes are that the price of oil returns near $100/barrel which should restart interest.

The break even is about $45 a barrel. I bet things will pick up at $75. Maybe even a little less.
