I have been attempting by email, certified mail, and voicemail over the last six months to get EQT Owner Relation’s assistance in resolving an ownership interest problem. EQT is currently, through the production month of Feb 2026, paying me royalties on two wells in Proctor District based on my original Force Pooling ownership interest percentage. They are not paying me for the additional ownership interests that I purchased from other family heirs in these wells, which are recorded by QCD’s in Wetzel County. Every heir that I bought out has an EQT Owner number and received the Force Pooling bonus money for their interests from EQT, but none of them have received any royalty payments, which they shouldn’t as I bought them out after they were paid the bonus money. When I try following up on my emails, I get an auto response saying the case is closed with no explanation as to why. The responses also include a reference number to put in the heading of my reply if I believe that the case was closed in error. When I follow their instructions, all I get is the same auto reply with the same reference number to use again! It like I’m in some kind of email loop that I can’t get out of. Even if I send a completely new email with a different heading, I get the same auto reply, it’s as if my name has been tagged and no matter what I send them by email concerning this matter, I get the same identical reply each time. I sent EQT Owner relations copies of the recorded QCD’s and all of the owner numbers six months ago at their request and they sent me an email confirmation that they had been received. I have even sent copies of my emails to the original Landsman that contacted us about the force pooling, but no response from him either. Has anyone else had any experience in getting EQT to transfer ownership interests from one EQT owner to another?
