I am waiting on responses to several emails that I have sent to EQT Owner Relations, some dating back to September. I have received automated replies with Case numbers and Threads, but when I try calling their phone number, all I get is a recorded message telling me to contact them by email for faster response, LOL, and that there are no live agents available to take calls. Is anyone else having the same issue or know if EQT will ever resume live agents again? I have issues with errors on my royalty checks, but I cannot get their attention by email.
@Heir1 I would recommend sending a letter to EQT certified mail with signature required. EQT will probably be backed up for a few months due to the TH Production (Tug Hill) acquisition purchase. Additionally, many oil and gas employees take off the last two weeks of the year for the holidays.
Everyone is having that issue with EQT. EQT recently fired its head of owner relations after discovering there was a 4±month backlog of inquiries that had gone unaddressed.
Yes, I am having the same issue. @Petroleum9202 After several unanswered emails and many “we’re reviewing the documentation” conversations, I sent a certified letter on 10/23/25. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response. @Jeffrey_Yourkovich I wish they would at least communicate this so we can better understand that they are in transition. Unfortunately, their recorded greeting has been cryptic at best. How did you find this out? All I can see is an article about three executives who left in June. That article didn’t specifically mention the head of Owner Relations.
