any law suits out there concerning eqt not payng a fair lease, I own 1/16 of 44 acre minerals, all but two have signed with eqt for $1 an acre, this is not a fair lease , lease is Wetzel county grant district, from what I understand the two that did not sign are out of luck as eqt can do what they want , was wanting to know if they have cheated anyone else and is there a class acrtion suit against eqt , there needs to be one thanks for any help
