Any lawsuits out there concerning EQT not paying a fair lease? I own 1/16 of 44-acre minerals, all but two have signed with EQT for $1 an acre. This is not a fair lease. Lease is Wetzel County Grant District. From what I understand the two that did not sign are out of luck as EQT can do what they want. Was wanting to know if they have cheated anyone else and is there a class action suit against EQT. There needs to be one thanks for any help.
