The questions that immediately come to mind are:

What vulnerabilities might the industry have? Drowned in red tape to potentially shutting down the fracking process?

If anyone remembers there was a EPA power grab a few months ago that they basically said they have jurisdiction anywhere there is a source of water, private or otherwise. Connection?
