Hi all:

Does anyone have any information on the Zimmerman Unit W# 14H-15H located in Gonzales County, Texas? Abstract/Survey/Block – AB 517 Gray D. The operator is EOG.

Lately, I have received a number of letters wanting to purchase my mineral and royalty interest. We have a number of other wells in this same abstract, however, this is the only one they appear to be interested in. I am assuming they have some information I am not aware of.

I appreciate any information on this.

Be very careful about any deed language as it is likely to be comprehensive and acquire all of your minerals within the abstract (or even the county), regardless of citing the unit.
