I found the DeSoto Unit which takes land from the EOG's Cheapside and Mitchell units in Gonzales County for another Eagle Ford well. I have attached the "Designation of Desoto Horizonatal Unit" which was filed at the Clerk's office.
Do all of the royalty owners in the Cheapside and Mitchell units benefit or only the royalty owners that have a lease (land) covering the new DeSoto unit?
I read the attached document several times, and I am leaning towards only the leases covered by the new unit. However in the end I am unsure.
