Has anyone heard talk about EOG drilling in Rose Township. Carroll County, OH? We are getting alot of interest recently.
EOG does not currently have permits listed in Rose Township. They have quite a few in Brown township to the north. Several other companies have permits in Rose.
How does it work? Do they have to get all the mineral rights in order and then they apply for a permit?
Depends upon the state. Some states have a mandatory majority rights and then they force pool. Not sure about Ohio. A local person would need to answer that. The oil & gas commission statutes probably give the answer.
