Enrichment clause in Payne County OK

We just turned down a lease because the broker insisted keeping the gas enrichment clause in the contract. Two days later, American Energy Woodford's broker offered to lease all our primary royalty, but stated McClendon will insist on including the Enhancement Clause. I've researched the PA Law suit 2008 when McClendon won the right to use that clause on the Marcellus leases. I've also read how many lawsuits are being filed by royalty owners because their royalty checks are reduced 30-50% to pay for those enhancements.

Anyone else in Payne, Pawnee, Noble Oklahoma Counties dealing with this?

Appreciate quick response, because this seems to be a on-the-move fast McClendon deal.
