Did anyone else get the Enervest (maybe EV) bankruptcy notice and what are people doing? I think the choices are doing nothing which will presumably mean our agreements are assumed by new company and opting out, which presumably means another company could make us an offer at some point. Any thoughts? Thanks!
We received the same notice. I emailed the 'primeclerk' but I think he said "contact your attorney"!! If you have a working interest in any of the Wells that Enervest is the Operator, I think we just wait for the bankruptsy to play out.
