Hello, We own mineral rights in Burke County, North Dakota. I was just informed Enduro Operating is now in Bankruptcy. I am wondering with the Bankruptcy what that means. Will we be released from our lease obligations? Others still getting paid? What ramifications do I face and what can we do to protect ourselves? Anyone have insight?
