End of the 3 year lease is at hand and the Rigs are marching closer. whats going to happen?

We are at an end of the Lease and the Rigs are moving closer. is the Rig going to move in in 2 months? or will they renew the lease. Im not sure what the practives are. I would like to have another 3 year lease and then have them strike a mineral. also there is the issue of the pipe placement, they are surveying the land and what are people getting for their pipe placements on peoples land. thanks are there any Landman in this group? that can help.

Read your lease to make sure they cannot extend the date they can start operations somehow. Extension payments are not uncommon.
