It’s been over a year since I posted. Hello fellow Reeves County mineral right owners. My request is can anyone provide education or info links on what happens if and when a division order ends? I see that my mom’s monthly royalty checks have diminished a lot this year, so not sure how to navigate next steps. She has an account with Centennial - Powder Keg since 2017. Thanks, any help much appreciated.

The division order remains in effect as long as the terms of the lease are being met. You can have very low production for many, many years.
