I have a three year lease with Encana which is producing. I noticed yesterday there were two lease numbers listed. Upon further searching the other number, I found information that Encana was selling its East Texas properties to Fossil Wagner, and my number was unit #1.
I found no information that Fossil Wagner was involved in the gas production business, so I am wondering where that leaves the future of my producing gas lease.
Any information would be appreciated.
