ET Energy recorded their first lease memos on 8/18/2025, and their most recent filing was 12/10/2025. They’ve recorded 32 leases covering about 6,000 acres located in 19 surveys:
Their combined lease area encompasses 16,700 acres:
A look at the maps suggests that these two may be working together. In addition, the lease area connects with the lease area that Expand has established in Houston County:
Could Emawood and ET Energy be working together on the same leasing project? Maybe
Could they be leasing for Expand? Maybe
Or they might be leasing for a new player.
It’s worth noting that Emawood has made lease offers in Anderson County covering large acreage, but no executed leases have been recorded yet.
