Has anyone else been forced to accept payment by ACH transfer from producers or be forced to have a fee deducted from their royalty checks? True Oil Trucking & Marketing has notified us that this is their plan.
Lots of companies are doing that to cut back on costs. If you have a trust that does not allow that type of transfer or you just don’t want to do it that way, send them a letter back requesting that they continue to send checks. ACH is safer and you get the money sooner.
