Got an incomplete package trying to lock up my rights to use the surface to drill for Oil or gas. Basically they want to build a solar farm.
the grantee is TED Renewable Land LLC by it’s sole member TYR Energy Development Renewables LLC
The cover letter says Coal county OKLA. But the lease agrrement has no details it’s completely blank.
Wondering if anyone has run into this poorly run outfit. That person could answer my ?. But said sign the forms and we will send you 500. LOL sign blank forms!
Send them an email requesting a complete lease proposal along with a site and development plan. They should also provide a surface damage agreement. This is a minimum; otherwise, ignore the offer.
I have seen that offer. Went into the round container under my desk. Personally not giving up my mineral rights for a solar farm as the mineral rights are dominant. I suspect getting an attorney to look at it would be more than $500. Not going to sign any blank forms.
I keep a rejected offer file. I attached the reasons why? I also have my new deal file with the reason why I choose to take certain options. When my kids visit I review the files and teach them. The good deals get file into their county section of the file cabinet
