I was called by a company out of the blue offering me a 5-year lease at $2,000 an acre for natural gas. I have no experience in this and need any direction I can get. He also said he would pay 17% royalties. I live in Elbert County, Colorado and own a little over 36 acres. He is sending me out a contract to review. I don’t know what to do. He also said some oil would be produced too. Please help!!
