I’d guess around $165-170k for 12.8nra. Assuming you are in NMNM 106678 (Sec 33) and NMNM 014473 (Sec 11). That part of Sec 11 has 3 recently approved Mewbourne permits on it. Offset Wolfcamp wells have been pretty solid. Sec 33 less obvious what might go on there.
Your mileage may vary. That’s a guess at what’s a reasonable sales price today, if it all gets drilled up you’d cash flow a good bit more than that but over a long period.
