What bonus is going for in or around Township 22 South Range 27 East in the last few months or year?
Royalties range from 3/16ths to 1/4. Bonus amounts are not public, so someone on the forum would have to share their offers.

Hi there - in the past couple of years we have received a range of $1,500-$3,500 bonus in Township 22S Range 27E depending on the section and how much mineral interest we own. All our leases in this area have been for a quarter royalty and do not allow deductions. We negotiate the bonus based on ensuring these other terms are acceptable.
