We just got an offer on some producing minerals in t1s block 30 Section 20 that I thought was really high. Is there something going on that I'm not aware of. It's a couple of Linn leases that have been producing for years Any insight would help.
I"m not sure what the exact net acreage is in that section, but the offer is in the neighborhood of 5,000.0 per acre. I'm not sure what to think of it.
