Looking for current Working and Royalty Interest Owners in the East Hobbs San Andres Unit. I have a Royalty Interest and ownership of 110 acres within this Unit. Back in 2023 this lease was sold to Kratos Operating, LLC. Are you experiencing any issues with monthly royalty checks from this Operator? Before Kratos, previous Operators were very timely and consistent with the Royalty Checks. I have heard the excuse that Kratos is just a small mom and pop operation but really, after more than 2 years.
