Bill, I have just been contacted by a landman with an offer to lease acres that I inherited in Nacogdoches Co, Tx to an Eagle Valley Energy. Did you ever get any info on your above inquiry? I have other mineral rights around that area that I leased to BP America.
Eagle Valley just permitted the Moss Creek Unit in JA Chirino survey. Are you familiar with the area? South of Hwy 21. East of Moss Creek. Suppose to move to East of this unit and place 2nd unit later. With gas prices so low, who knows.
