I'm trying to find out if anyone knows anything about this or what is going on with this. May 6, 2019, I received in the mail an Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease on behalf of BP America Production Company, covering my interest in the above captioned land. We had to have it notarized and signed by 5:00PM on the 25th day of May , 2019 They said after they received my signed lease back to them that they would be mailing me my check for the amount for the bonus consideration within seven to ten business days. And then the terms agreed upon. I mailed it back the same day I got it , signed and notarized and by Fed Ex. and still I had to keep waiting and waiting and waiting, and also called a couple of times left messages , finally got it after over a month of waiting, and there are still some family members still hasn't got theirs yet. This is from Bailey Fender, Ted W. Walters and Associates, LLC Has anyone else had any problems or know of anything going on with this Survey, and how long does it usually take for the Royalty checks to start coming in on a monthly basis?
