When a well came in on our lease in Robertson County I notice that
some of the operators had more then one well with a permit and the API# is the same.
What would be the reason for that.

More than likely it was the same permit that had been 'amended'. Possible change in depth , possible change in targeted formation, slight change in location, change from a verticle well to a horizontal well,and many other possibilities.
