Would anyone share current per acre prices, royalty rates and Term in the area between Roosevelt and Duchesne?
You need to be more specific with a township and range as that is how we look them up. Bonus rates are not public, but someone may be able to help with royalty rates.

Lots of permits posted for the eastern side of that township with wells for 1/2. 11/12, 13/14 already drilled. 23/24 many drilled , 25/26 already drilled, 35/36 drilled. I don’t see any new leases posted in years for that township.
