I have received notification from the lawyer of Sundance Energy Oklahoma for drilling and spacing units
for Section 14, township 16 North, Range 4 West Logan County Okla. The hearing date was Sept 10th and was approved to start drilling. How long after approval do they start drilling.

There is not a set time. It depends on rig availability and other factors. The pooling was just finalized on 10/01/13. Section 12 of this pooling states that:
"The Operator has already commenced operations for the drilling or other operations with respect to the initial well covered hereby and shall diligently prosecute the same to completion in a reasonable prudent manner, or this Order shall be of no force or effect, except as the payment of bonus."
Normally you will get the permit to drill and they are good for a set amount of time. I don't see one filed here yet.

As Scott stated, You are bound until the pooling order expires.
