Drilling Spacing in WY - Reason to Contest?

Our holdings are in Converse County. We have been receiving certified mail from an Anadarko Attorney in Sheridan. This mailing announces a WOGCC hearing and associated dates that seek to change the drilling spacing. Anadarko has leased these minerals and we are currently in production with Chesapeake and Devon being operators in 2 different units.

Would there be any advantage to try and meet the criteria of the WOGCC, Hire an Attorney, and contest these requested spacing changes?

Unfortunately, you haven’t provided enough information to give an answer. If you can provide the location of your minerals, and a description of what changes are being proposed I’m sure someone can help you out.
