I have a question about some drilling permits. A well was permitted in 2010 and as far as I know it was completed and is producing (haven't verified). A new drilling permit was submitted for this well less than one week ago and under the Current Queue column on the RRC web site it says "Mapping.". What is the purpose of this type of permit on a completed well?
