Drilling permit was issued in Sept 15, 2008 and there has not been any progress since then! What is the hold up? To much drlling going on or are they just stalling hoping we would sale? Lease ends this month what should I Do?

I recently had conversation with PVA representative regarding new well drilling permits. I was told that when a new drill permit is filed with the Texas RRC & approved by RRC drilling operations MUST begin within two years of approval? That seems to suggest that the permit you are seeking information on is likely a EXPIRED PERMIT? Hope this helps…
