Have just recently signed a lease with Energy XXI for them to do some testing. It is my understanding that they have been successful (Gas) just south of the land that I have. I am trying to find out as much as I can about O&G leases. Specifically, how close to my land do they have to drill to share in the royalties, or does the well have to be on my land?
