Stable Energy has been doing a lot of leasing in Township 13N-5W, 14N-6W, and in your 13N-6W. There was a pooling in Section 23-13N-5W on 7-23-12 and the Oil Co. was ordered to offer $350 for 3/16th or no cash and 1/5th. But it looks like in late 2012 things started to change. That is when Stable started leasing for somebody, and it was a lot of leasing. Then in 2013 Newfield comes into 14N-6W for the first time and asked for a pooling to drill a Multiunit Horizontal well under Section 18 & 19 with the same well. In this pooling they were ordered to offer $1100 for 1/8th or $1000 for 3/16th or what I think is $10 an 1/5th.
