Joshua, your best source of information would be the Payne County forum. I checked for any activity in 15-17N-1E and according to the OCC website no activity in Section 15 or in 17N-1E at this time, this includes applications that are filed before any drilling would begin. According to county records most of your section was leased out in 2011. You just need to wait and see what happens.
