I live in Houston and have been seeing three articles a week on the situation in the Eagle Ford Shale. I note that apparently Frio County has more oil than gas and with the current natural gas situation one article said that drillers were moving to areas where more profitable oil is located.
I also read an article that mentions building of moveable homes in Pearsall and Dilley.
Are any of you seeing any activity in these areas? Of course, that is where my leased property is located. My rights are about 4 miles south of Pearsall.
