I have a question for all the other mineral rights owners in Hardeman particularly the Quanah area. My family retained mineral rights on several hundred acres there and it has been in the family for a very long time. We have not received any lease solicitation or offers om the property and its quite large and I am wondering if the activity has been limited to a certain part of the county? If not I am wondering if we are having a property records issue. Has most of the county seen leasing activity? Any help and info is greatly appreciated! The land we have did get wells drilled on it from the 1970/1980 time era so I know there was oil there at some point. Thanks!!!
