Drilling in Daniels County

Hi, I have a question to ask:

Does anyone knows if Shale Oil/Apache is already drilling in Daniels County?

Looking at the GIS map, I don't see any new wells for Shale Oil/Apache. I did notice where Apache has applied for drilling permits in Daniels County, specifically: T36N;R46E;Section 24.

Remember that permits are cheap, easily cancelled and expire undrilled frequently. Permits do not mean much.

No, they are Not as of today :)

Thanks everyone, I have 320 acres and I've already signed the papers with Shale Oil, just waiting for the checks to come in now. On June 14 they did that "unit" and "pooling" thing with the State, it turns out we own about 80% of that one unit. according to what I've been reading, they should already be drilling and pumping oil.

What Township/Range/Section is Shale Oil/Apache drilling in currently? I am referring to the area where you have minerals.
