Welcome to the forum. Yes, there are several horizontal wells in the southern half of section 14-6N-65W. Chevron is the operator. If you are not getting paid on them, contact the Division Order or Royalty Owners department. No new activity at the moment.
Thanks, this is very helpful. I am receiving royalties from Chevron on the existing horizontal wells. My interest is approximately 5 NMA in the W½SE¼ of Section 14-6N-65W. I’ve received an offer of $9,000/NMA for the minerals. Do you see any reason based on the existing development or remaining drilling potential that you would consider that offer unusually low?

From a notice on 7/21/2026, there’s currently a Weld County Oil and Gas Location Assessment Notice (WOGLA) from Bison IV Operating informing the county of its intentions to drill six wells that would pool your acreage.
Keep in mind, this is very early in the permit process, and there’s no guarantee they are drilled. In their records, they indicate that their intended window to begin operations on these wells is Q4 '27. Hope this is helpful!
And the Bison filing is what is probably triggering the offer.
