I have 9.77 acres in the Redin Mason survey in Harrison County abstract 438 tract 2. Can anyone give me any information on this particular section? Such as activity around or at the site?
In general, there has been about 25 leases in Abstract 438 in the last 24 months. Long Wave Energy, Insurance Auto Auctions, RFE ETX IV are the main ones. Not so sure about that auto auctions group…
RFE Operating has two horizontal permits in the next abstract to the East. Watkins A-749.
My lease was signed back in October with Roaring Fork for my ownership in the Redin Mason Survey that I mentioned. As I understood it there was already a well in place and they were only going to need to run lines. Do you know anything about productivity in that area?
I do not see any active wells in 438 on the service that I use. 749 has a new well.
