Does anyone know of any activity in the SE/4 of Section 27, Block D, John H Gibson Survey, A1853, Yoakum County, Texas?
I would like to know as well. The lease that I had on SE/4 of Section 130, Yoakum County, expired in Jan 2019. I was not contacted to renew the lease. I don’t know where to go from here. Do I need to hire a landman? Do the mineral rights owners ever work this way?
Any advice or information would be appreciated.
