Does anyone know of any activity in the SE/4 of Section 27, Block D, John H Gibson Survey, A1853, Yoakum County TX?
I would like to know as well. The lease that I had on SE/4 of section 130 Yoakum County expired in Jan 2019. I was not contacted to renew the lease. I don’t know where to go from here. Do I need to hire a landman. Do the mineral rights owners ever work this way?
