I am part owner of the oil, gas, and mineral rights in Limestone County, not the land itself. It was last leased in 1994. Wondering if there is any drilling close by that would make my rights of value. I haven’t been contacted by any company wanting to buy my rights, so I’m assuming there’s nothing going on there, but thought some of you might have some information. It is 100 acres, a part of the William Bugg Survey, A-93, Limestone County. Thanks in advance for any responses.
Nothing new happening in that area according to the Railroad Commissions map. The only active well nearby is a gas well that has been producing since 2008 but appears to be on it’s last legs. There have been a number of dry holes drilled around you but they could be old, shallow wells.
