I have heard rumors of drilling activity on the Allen, N Survey in Tyler County where I have mineral rights. Is this true?
I find that Ergon Energy Partners has a permit approved for a well (API 457-30923) for Allen, N Survey/Abstract 2. But at this time I don’t see a spud (begin drilling) notification.

I have just joined this forum and have just recently inherited 2 mineral rights. One in Uvalde, which is working, the other around Tyler (1400+ acres in Morris, Titus, and Camp Counties). As soon as I get the documents filed, have it surveyed to find out what it’s worth, I may be interested in selling. I hope they start pumping.

No, it’s in the Tyler area. My 1/3rd interest covers 1400+ acres that includes portions of Morris, Titus, and Camp Counties. Currently nothing has or is being done on it. And I’m looking to SELL IF I can get a sense as to what it’s worth and can find a buyer. At the same time, I’ve got two interested parties inquiring about a 1/12 interest in the mineral rights, both surface and subsurface in Uvalde County, which the 99-year lease is coming up for renewal in 2024. Out of the two parties interested, the highest offer is $_____k. I’m in the process and fixing to notify each to give their highest offer by Jan 1, 2023, and sell to the highest one. Unless someone pops up and offers more.
