I have heard rumers of drilling activity on the Allen, N Survey in Tyler County where I have mineral rights, is this true?
I find that Ergon Energy Partners has a permit approved for a well(API 457-30923) for Allen, N Survey/Abstract 2. I have just joined this Forum, and have just resently inherited 2 mineral rights. One in Uvalde, which is working, the other around Tyler (1400+ acres in Morris, Titus, and Camp Counties). As soon as i get the documents filed, have it surveyed to find out what its worth, i may be interested in selling. I hope they start pumping.

No, its in the Tyler area. My 1/3rd interest covers 1400+ acres that includes portions of Morris, Titus, and Camp Counties. Currently nothing has or is being done on it. And I’m looking to SELL IF I can get a since as to what its worth and can find a buyer. At the same time Ive got two interested parties inquiring about a 1/12 interest in the mineral rights, both surface and subsurface in Uvalde Co., which the 99 year lease is coming up for renewal in 2024. Out of the two parties interested the highest offer is $_____k. Im in the process and fixing to notify each to give their highest offer by Jan 1 2023, and sell to the highest one. Unless someone pops up and offers more.
