Hello, new to forum and appreciate any input. I’m under lease in SE/4 of section 30, block 34, T5N and have started receiving offers for purchase. I thought this might be an indication drilling might eventually occur. I’ve had leases in the past, but never any drilling. Any input on activity in the area?

Assuming this in Dawson County Texas? If so, PBEX has a number of wells in the adjacent sections to the south of you. Riviera and Vegas Vickie units if memory serves.
